1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AI Teacher Assistant, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who can use it

• College and university teachers in India.
• Students who are invited to a class by their teacher.
• Visitors may try a small number of free AI queries before signing in.

This platform is built for higher education. It is not intended for schools or coaching institutes.

3. Free tier and fair use

AI Teacher Assistant is free. To keep it sustainable and fast for everyone, each account has a fair daily limit of AI queries (for example, teachers get up to 50 per day; students and guests get lower limits). Limits reset every day and are shown in the app. You may not try to bypass these limits.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the platform for teaching, learning, and academic work.
• Do not use it for unlawful, harmful, or commercial-resale purposes.
• Do not attempt to break into other accounts or abuse the systems.
• Do not upload files you are not allowed to share.

5. AI-generated content

Output is generated by AI and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing question papers, slides, reports and other content before using them for formal academic or examination purposes.

6. Accounts and deletion

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us; we will remove your account and associated data.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we are not liable for any loss arising from interruptions, errors, or AI-generated content.
